Photographing Lilly and Wilhelm’s elopement at Cypress Gardens, the iconic setting of The Notebook movie, amidst the backdrop of a rainy and gloomy day, was a unique challenge that added an ethereal beauty to the atmosphere. Despite the weather, the misty weather over the gardens added a mysterious and enchanting quality to the photos. Against this moody backdrop, their love shone even brighter, creating an intimate and unforgettable moment I was able to capture. A great combination of romance from both the moment between these two and the cinematic history of the location was one I will never forget.
